Every Language Hears in English

Every human being is hearing English and not their language. Someone who is Spanish isn’t hearing Spanish in their mind as someone else would if they spoke. The Spanish person hears the idea of the word in English. Someone who is speaking Russian isn’t hearing Russian. They hear the word cup as a cup. We hear a voice in our mind with English rather than the language.
